About Bidemi Olaoba

Bidemi Olaoba, whose full name is Abidemi Ayodeji Ogunmolu, was born on October 15, 1991, in Lagos, Nigeria. He hails from Ikale in Okitipupa, Ondo State, and was raised in a devout Christian home of six siblings. An alumnus of Yaba College of Technology (Civil Engineering) and the University of Lagos (Economics), he later completed a Master’s degree also at UNILAG. He began his musical journey as a worship leader at Christ Apostolic Church before gaining prominence in gospel music with his debut single “Final Say” in 2016, and later the hit “Bonjour,” establishing himself with his signature line, “The Bible Says”. He is a Nigerian national and is currently signed under the Grace and Truth Nation (GNT) label, co-founded by Mercy Chinwo and Blessed Uzochikwa. Known for blending Gospel Highlife with Fuji-inspired rhythms, he has released multiple studio and live albums, and has performed across major gospel platforms both locally and internationally.
