Born on 3 May, he hails from Ogun State, Nigeria. He is celebrated for his unique ability to blend music, particularly gospel hymns and praise medleys, with comedy, earning him the moniker "Mr. Jelenke."

EmmaOMG operates independently and has released his music under his own artist name. He is the founder of "The OhEmGee Band," which performs traditional and contemporary praise and worship music.
