Matt Maher

Matthew Guion Maher, known professionally as Matt Maher, is a Canadian Catholic contemporary Christian music artist, songwriter, and worship leader. Born on 10 November, 1974, in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, he later relocated to the United States and has become a prominent figure in the global Christian music scene.

Matt Maher is signed to Essential Records, a division of Provident Label Group, which is part of Sony Music. He has released numerous acclaimed albums and is widely recognized for his popular songs such as "Lord, I Need You," "Because He Lives (Amen)," and "Alive & Breathing."
