Melissa Phillips Helser is an American Christian music worship leader and songwriter. Born on 19 February, 1980, she is part of the husband-and-wife duo Jonathan David & Melissa Helser. They are recognized for their passionate worship anthems, and they are also founders of the discipleship school "The 18 Inch Journey" and lead "Cageless Birds," a collective of artists based in Sophia, North Carolina, U.S. Melissa Helser and her husband, Jonathan David Helser, have been part of the Bethel Music Collective since 2014, releasing several albums through them, including "Beautiful Surrender." They also lead the Cageless Birds collective, which is involved in crafting music and other artistic endeavors. Their music is widely available on digital streaming platforms, and they continue to release new songs and projects.
