MercyMe

MercyMe is an American contemporary Christian music band that formed in 1994 in Edmond, Oklahoma. The band is composed of lead vocalist Bart Millard, percussionist Robby Shaffer, bassist Nathan Cochran, and guitarists Michael Scheuchzer and Barry Graul. They are widely recognized for their impactful music, blending contemporary Christian, worship, and Christian rock genres.

The band has been associated with several record labels throughout their career, including INO Records (now Fair Trade Services), Curb Records, Columbia Records, Epic Records, and Word Records. MercyMe gained mainstream recognition with their hit single "I Can Only Imagine" and has since released numerous successful albums, earning multiple awards and solidifying their status as one of the most beloved and influential bands in Christian music.
