Tamela Hairston

Tamela Hairston is an American gospel singer and worship leader. A native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, she realized her singing gift at age 15 and began serving in ministry under her father, Bishop Christopher Brinson. She is known for her powerful vocals and for being a prominent worship leader at World Overcomers Christian Church in North Carolina. Tamela Hairston has released music through various channels. She has collaborated with her husband, Cory Hairston, on songs and is a featured vocalist on projects by J.J. Hairston and Youthful Praise, whose music is released through JamesTown Music and Motown Gospel. Her individual releases, such as her single "Bless Your Name, Forever," are also available on digital platforms.
