About Minister Michael Mahendere

Michael Mahendere, known professionally as Minister Michael Mahendere, is a Zimbabwean gospel musician, pastor, and businessman. Born on 28 May, 1983, he began his music career at a young age, performing with his siblings in a group called "The Mahendere Brothers." He is recognized for his powerful vocals and songwriting, and for pioneering a contemporary sound that has made him a prominent figure in African gospel music. He is also a pastor at the United Family International Church. Minister Michael Mahendere releases his music through Direct Worship and other platforms. His extensive discography includes popular albums in the "Getting Personal With God" series, such as volumes I through IV, and his work is widely available on digital streaming platforms. He has received numerous awards, including the Permican Awards for "Album of the Year" and "Video of the Year," and he continues to release new projects and collaborate with other artists.
